Holistic Nutrition

What is Holistic Nutrition

Holistic Nutritionists focus on promoting health, while other professionals in the industry focus on managing disease. We treat clients as individuals and aim to improve their overall well-being by identifying the root cause of health issues and creating a personalized plan. We educate clients on supplements, healthy eating, exercise, and self-care. We recognize that each person is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.

What is the primary focus of my holistic nutrition practice?

As a lifelong Montessori educator, I've encountered numerous individuals who achieved more with the right diet and nutrition. This led me to specialize in assisting individuals in managing their brain health, which is closely linked to their digestive well-being. I guide them toward appropriate dietary choices and address any deficiencies in essential vitamins and minerals within their bodies.

I used to take random vitamin and mineral supplements based on my own judgment until I delved into the world of holistic nutrition. I came to realize that our sustenance should come from nature, and supplements should only act as a jump-start.

My persistent question was always: How can we truly know what our bodies require? This is until I learned a tool that serves as the first indicator to identify deficiencies, and I've shared this tool with many clients, family members, and friends--Will you be the next?
