Shipping policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
We might experience delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For Canada:
- Free shipping on all orders of CAD 60.00 or more.
For the United States:
- Free shipping on all orders of USD 100.00 or more.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Tucan International Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
