Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and un-opened bottle. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns on an unopened item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately at info@tucaninternational.com. with your order # and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will always try our best to accommodate your experience.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
