Duration: 60 minutes

During our in-depth consultation, I focus solely on you and your unique health needs. Then, in the second part of our session, I provide you with a completely personalized plan that encompasses diet, lifestyle recommendations, and your favourite recipes with modified ingredients. With all the tools necessary to succeed, this plan is tailored to help you achieve your goals. The consultation will be done over Google Meet.

Step:

  1. Book an appointment
  2. Check out
  3. Fill up three forms:
    a. Health Evaluation form (25 minutes to fill up)
    b. Food Intake form for 7 days
    c. A Nutri-Body® Questionnaire (allow 45 minutes to fill up)-will be sent by separate email
It analyzes over 600 bodily signs of nutritional imbalance.  It enables you to find out which dietary recommendations and supplements are likely to be of most benefit to you, based on your unique biochemistry.  This approach provides guidance on where to begin searching for the underlying cause, rather than conducting extensive tests without any clear direction.
  4. After I receive all three documents, you will be sent an email to schedule a virtual appointment. During this appointment, I will discuss holistic nutrition recommendations to begin.

Note:
Emmy Suparmin, NNCP, only provides nutritional consultation services for the purpose of enhancing and maintaining optimal nutritional health. My services do not include diagnosing, prognosticating, or prescribing remedies for treating diseases.

What is Holistic Nutrition

Holistic Nutritionists focus on promoting health, while other professionals in the industry focus on managing disease. They treat clients as individuals and aim to improve their overall well-being by identifying the root cause of health issues and creating a personalized plan. They educate clients on supplements, healthy eating, exercise, and self-care. They recognize that each person is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.

Holistic Nutritionists VS Registered Dietitians

Holistic Nutritionists take a holistic approach to health and wellness, considering a person's overall well-being and lifestyle factors, such as stress and environmental exposure. They may use complementary and alternative therapies, in addition to diet, to help clients achieve optimal health.

On the other hand, Registered Dietitians focus on the science of nutrition and to develop individualized meal plans for clients with specific health needs or conditions. They work in clinical or institutional settings and provide nutrition education to the public.
