TUCAN HOLISTIC Artisan-Crafted Organic Black Garlic-Infused Balsamic Vinegar, is cultivated with passion on a regenerative, organically certified farm in the picturesque fields of the Niagara Region, Ontario.
Presented in a premium glass bottle, it is 150 mL of a culinary delight. Tasting notes include a cool, earthy flavour enriched by the tangy balsamic and the sweetness of the black garlic.

I discovered this product last year (2024) at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto and have been hooked ever since! My favourite way to use it is to add it to my homemade salad dressings and it really enhances and deepens the flavour. I've had many people wanting my recipe and wanting to know the "secret" to why it tastes so good. I’ve bought a few now to gift to friends. Very happy with my Organic Black Garlic Balsamic Vinegar, I will continue to buy it!
