Food as medicine

I discovered this black garlic and met the owners at a recent health show. Their passion for health and quality products was immediately evident.

This garlic is a dark rich treasure, tasting savory with mild sweetness, without any of the harshness typically associated with garlic. The cloves are incredibly tender, almost melting in your mouth, adding a unique depth to every dish.

I like to use it in stews, garnish salads and spread on toast with or without cashew cheese.

Magical and Delicious!

I had heard of Black Garlic but had never been able to find it. Fortunately, I found this wonderful vendor at the Royal Winter Agricultural Fair in Toronto and it was my initiation into a new world of flavour and health benefits! Now, no stir-fry, salad or grilled salmon would be complete without a 'top-dressing' of this fantastic product! I can't get enough of it.

Delicious!

First time trying these and they were delicious! Like eating a soft gummy candy and on top pf that there's no garlic breath! I recommend everyone try them.
